Fixed prosthetics
The all fit all abutment system consists of abutments for removable structures and fixed options such as crowns and bridges on Dyna Helix / Dyna Octalock implants, cemented or screwed. The outstanding characteristic of the Dyna Octalock® connection prevents loosening of the abutment screw, micro leakage and ensure reliable impression technique.

Several abutment systems for cementable as wel as screwable fixed prosthetics are available. Optimal aesthetics can easily be achieved by individualising different abutments.
Healing abutments
Healing abutments are used for shaping the mucosa during the healing proces and are for single use. Different types can be chosen depending on the type of construction to be made. By means of the markings, the height of the definitive abutment can easily be determined.
The healing abutments for fixed constructions ø 5mm are available in the heights 2mm, 4mm and 6mm. Height markings are shown on 2, 3 and 4mm. The highest healing abutment is 6mm. The Healing abutment ø 6mm only has one marking at 3mm and is used for preparing the sulcus for the angled abutments.
Temporary abutments
Dyna Direct Temporary abutments octa are available in 2 different types straight for crowns and conical for crowns and bridges. Regular Temporary abutments are available without or with octa and are delivered with a universal abutment screw.
Straight abutments
Titanium Straight and Straight XL abutments are individually grindable. In that way the chamfer line can follow the gingiva and anti-rotation for the crown can be accomplished. All abutments are delivered with a universal abutment screw. The lowest version is specially developed for the Dyna Helix TM implant.
Ti-base abutment
The Tibase abutment serves as an universal basis for attaching mesostructures. the design is based on Sirona’s and can therefore be used in combination with the Sirona scanbody for the bluecam or omnicam. Dyna also has a TiBase ScanPost (81BAL) available. For the final restoration, the original TiBase abutment (81BA) must be used.
The other two TiBase abutments, one with gingiva height of 1mm and a wider platform of Ø 4.3 for the crown or bridge (81BA1), one for use in combination with Dyna Helix TM (81BA0) with a platform of Ø 4.8, cannot be used in combination with the TiBase scanpost (81BAL) because of the other platform. Tibase abutments are very well useable for CADCAM structures and therefore a library is available for Trios and 3Shape software. In the library all three TiBase abutments are covered.
A dentist using Cerec software in the dental practice lacking Dyna in that software, chooses one of the following options in that software:
- NB RS 3.5 for TiBase abutments 81BA and 81BA1
- SSO 4.8 L for TiBase abutment 81BA0
Angled abutments
Titanium Angled (18°) abutments are individually grindable. In that way the chamfer line can follow the gingiva and anti-rotation for the crown can be accomplished. All abutments are delivered with a universal abutment screw. The lowest version is specially developed for the Dyna Helix TM implant.
Anatomic abutments (straight/angled)
Anatomic abutments offer maximal flexibility. Different versions for molars, incisors and premolars are available, with an angled or straight type for the incisors and premolars. Each type is availabe in 3 different gingiva heights.
Universal castable abutments
Screwed as well as cemented constructions for single tooth replacement as well as bridge constructions can be fabricated with Universal abutments with octagon. This abutment is available in a castable (POM) version.
