Return & exchange procedure

products must be returned and arrived at Dyna within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Besides that, you must also register your return in advance via the return form on this page. the product must be properly/neatly packaged and shipped prepaid to:

  • The product must be returned including a packing slip or invoice
  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must not be damaged
  • The package must be listed with a legitimate reason for return/exchange
  • Distribution products cannot be returned or exchanged

specific conditions for return

If you return a product, 15% of the returned amount will be retained by Dyna, plus a restocking fee of 15 euros. 

after a completed return, you will receive a credit amount on your clientnumber. This amount will remain in the account for a maximum of 12 months from the billing date of the initial order. Dyna can settle this with a subsequent order, or refund the amount to your bank account after written confirmation.

specific conditions for exchange

  • a 15 euro restocking fee is withheld in the event of an exchange
  • products can only be exchanged within the same product category
