Leave the soft tissue undisturbed for optimized healing and in the meantime produce for example a ball, bar or magnet construction.

The Extension Level abutments can be used on implant level and in combination with special abutments, such as magnet and ball abutments (82EM0 and 82EB0C). These are also suitable for CadCam bar contructions. Instrument needed is a single slot driver (5081S).
Extension level abutment 82EO5/89EO5 has the same internal connection as an implant and is therefore available for increasing height of existing abutments (Dyna ball / PrimeLoc). These type of extenstion abutments need to be screwed in with an octa driver (12OT0 or 12OT1).
The Extension Level abutments remain in position while the final abutment or construction will be placed. For the types without octa the Extension Level Cover screw is included (82EH0). For the type with octa a regular closing screw is included (84000)
For fixation of a CadCam bar construction on Extension level extension abutments (89EL..) two fixation screws with different lengths are available (82ES0 and 82ES1)
